Hi, I’m Yoanna Centeno,
For about the last 7 years, I’ve been responsible for setting the design strategy and ensuring all elements of the User Experience are optimized for usability and marketability in small companies and startups.
Since 2017 I’ve been designing cross-channel products, from their concept to the final outcome, applying diverse techniques in research, analysis, and problem-solving in agile environments, and delivering valuable and innovative experiences for people.
I’m familiar with research process, agile environments and design frameworks like Design Thinking or User Centered Design, so, I can bring to the table my creative but methodical process to teams that seek solutions to people’s real problems.
