I served as a UX/UI Consultant at Alivi Company (Remote). Here, I collaborated on the end-to-end UX/UI design for Alivi’s product ecosystem, directly impacting Medicaid/Medicare members and providers across the U.S. My work spanned the full product lifecycle, from in-depth research and information architecture to comprehensive design systems and front-end specifications.
My journey began with a degree in Computer Science from La Universidad del Zulia – Venezuela, leading me to work as a Freelance Web Developer and Software Developer for various brands. Leveraging web technologies and self-taught design abilities, I built a strong foundation in digital product creation.
While I appreciated development, my true calling emerged in Design. I discovered a profound passion for truly listening to users and crafting solutions that precisely fit their needs. Understanding that design extends far beyond aesthetics—delving into the earliest stages of a digital product’s lifecycle—was the pivotal insight that deeply engaged me.
